Errata
In our statement of 10th September 2026 with the heading ‘Avisena Must Review Its Decision Regarding KKR’, we stated that KKR is the owner, through the Aviv Group, of Yad2 Internet Ads Ltd.
KKR is in fact no longer the indirect owner of Yad2 as Aviva had divested its interests in Yad2 in 2025.
Our stance as expressed in the rest of the 10th September statement remains unchanged.
