We refer to the statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office today which prohibits the following from docking at any Malaysian port:
The prohibition is effective immediately.
Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Malaysia (BDS Malaysia) commends the Malaysian Government on taking this vital step in further isolating the genocidal, apartheid state of Israel from the international arena and strengthening Malaysia’s support for the freedom of Palestine.
We also call on all citizens and bodies, both in the private and public sectors, to continue to be steadfast and unwavering in their boycott of products and businesses which have been identified to be facilitating the perpetuation of apartheid and oppression against the Palestinian people.
